EF-UPPER-WIDE - This variable determines which font measure is used to compute the width of an entry field with the UPPER style. If the value is non-zero (on, true, yes), the entry field is sized with the wide font measure. See Book 2, Chapter 5, section 5.4 for a description of how entry fields are measured. The default value of EF-UPPER-WIDE is "1".
