Installing AcuODBC Server as a Service (Windows Only)

Install the AcuODBC Server software from the distribution medium. Once the server software installation is complete, you must indicate to the system that you want the server running as a service in the background. Perform one of the following steps to list AcuODBC Server as a Windows NT/2000 service.

• From the Start/Programs/Acucorp 5.2.0/AcuODBC/AcuODBC Server menu, select Install Service. Click Yes to close the message box telling you that the service has been installed, or

• If you are working from the command line, enter the following command (Windows environments only):

     acuodbcs -install
