2.3.1 Components

The elements of AcuODBC when locally processing remote files are:

• the Microsoft ODBC driver manager

• the ODBC driver for ACUCOBOL-GT data (ACUODBC.DLL)

• the data dictionary generated by your ACUCOBOL-GT compiler

• WSOCK32.DLL (must be compliant with the Windows sockets API. Installed with TCP/IP software)

• AcuServer (licensed from Acucorp)

• ACUCOBOL-GT data files (Vision or relative)
