V30-MEASUREMENTS - This configuration variable affects whether the runtime sizes certain controls using the rules from Version 3.0 or from Version 3.1 and later. Setting the variable to "1" means that Version 3.0 sizing rules are used for controls. When V30-MEASUREMENTS is set to the default "0", then Version 3.1 and later sizing rules are in effect.
