DEFAULT-COUNT - This configuration variable defines the number of records to be pre-allocated whenever an ISAM PLUS file is created (AMOS systems only). To define the number of records for a specific file, you may use the form <name>-COUNT where <name> is the name of the ISAM PLUS file without a directory or filename extension specified. The default value is "1000".
