If you are running in a peer-to-peer networking environment that relies on DOS to handle file and record locking at the operating system level, then you must run the DOS program "SHARE" prior to executing "runext".
If you are running in a dedicated server environment, and are working with files on a local drive, you must run the program SHARE on the local drive prior to loading the network shell.
