When a client application makes its initial request to AcuLaunch for services, the requester is validated for permission to use AcuLaunch. If the requester is permitted to use AcuLaunch, the runtime invoked for that user will run in the context of that user. The runtime will act exactly as it would if the user logged onto the server machine and started the runtime from a shell. All access permissions and restrictions for the user will apply to the runtime running for the user.
