If you are using WebSite from O'Reilly & Associates, Inc., do the following to add the plug-in MIME type:
1. Run "Server Properties" from the Windows Start Menu or Explorer.
2. Select the "Mapping" tab and "Content Types" radio button from the "List Selector" radio button group.
3. Type ".acu" into the "File Extension (class)" entry field.
4. Type "application/vnd.acucobol" into the "MIME Content Type" entry field.
5. Click "Add" then click "Ok."
