3.3.15 Default Settings of vutil

Vutil uses the following default settings:

V-BUFFERS 128 blocks (1 block = 512 bytes)

V-BULK-MEMORY 1 megabyte

You can modify these settings if desired by placing the new settings in the operating system's environment.

Note that vutil does not use the runtime's configuration file, and any settings placed there will have no effect on vutil.
