When doing a REWRITE, the interface checks to see that a record was actually updated. If not, it will return an error 23. Setting this variable ON will cause that check not to happen. This will improve performance on REWRITE, at the risk of missing an error. While the default value is "Off", this configuration variable can also take values of "Yes," "No," "True," "False," or "On."
