AcuServer is shipped with a license that is encoded to allow the maximum number of client users (simultaneous connections) specified in your purchase agreement. If a client gets the following error:
9D, 105 User count exceeded.
the number of client users attempting to use AcuServer exceeds the number currently permitted by your license agreement.
To confirm the number of users supported on your server, log onto the server and enter:
acuserve -v
This command will display the AcuServer version number, the number of allowable client users, and the number of instances of acuserve permitted to run (see 1.2.4, above), as well as other information.
